Before connect device to CWT cloud, please add device in CWT cloud first.

How to check GPRS works or not

Go to setup mode first
in “comm tools” page,
Send command: %tmodem (please enter behind command)

If GPRS works, show this information

Probably the APN is not correct, please check GPRS parameters (APN, user, password)
