5.2 Connect CWT cloud by Wi-Fi

if CWT4421 is Wi-Fi version, it can connect local Wi-Fi network to connect CWT cloud, access to Internet is necessary for the local Wi-Fi network.

if CWT4421 is 4G + Wi-Fi version, Every time it uploads data, two same messages will be sent, one is sent by 4G (need to insert simcard), another is sent by Wi-Fi.
