3.3 DO sms setting

Normally, only the 5 user numbers can send sms command to activate output
below is command list:

if you want any other numbers to activate output, can check the box:

sms command format: Password + space + command (IOOHx/IOOLx)
default password is 000000.
E.g., let output0 get on, any number can send sms command:
000000 iooh0
