DO sms setting

by default, only the 5 user numbers can send sms command to activate output
below is command list:

Output also can be activated by other numbers, just check this box:

sms command format: Password + space + command (IOOHx/IOOLx)
default password is 000000.
E.g., turn on output0, any number can send sms command:
000000 iooh0
